Equipment Owned Insurance

Physical damage (usually they need this when they finance the equipment and the loan requires it)

Contractors Equipment and Tools covers contractors equipment (POWER DRIVEN) and tools against direct physical damage.           

Rental Reimbursement and Extra Expense for Contractors Equipment covers necessary expenses for rental or temporary replacement of contractors equipment and other additional costs that arise due to direct loss to covered equipment. 

Electronic Data Processing Equipment covers direct damage to unscheduled electronic data processing equipment and laptops.  Coverage is included for media, air conditioning equipment and extra expense due to a covered cause of loss.                                

Building Materials and Installation Property covers building materials and installation property in transit, in temporary storage, when it has been specifically allocated and waiting for delivery to job sites where work is in progress or will start within 30 days, after arrival at the premises of installation, while waiting for and during installation, and until it is completely installed and accepted by the purchaser or until your interest in it ceases, whichever comes first.(Permanently installed)
